ROGUE RESIN SLANT BOARD

The Rogue Resin Slant Board is manufactured in Michigan using compression-molded, 100% post-consumer recycled plastic—the same material used in our Resin Plyo Boxes and Resin Squat Wedges. Each board measures 13” wide x 10.5” deep, with a single standard incline of 25-degrees, rising to a height of 5.125” at the back (this is a significantly steeper incline than our 10-degree, 1” tall Resin Squat Wedge).

Lightweight (4.75 LBS) and economical, the Rogue Resin Slant Board includes a ribbed grid underneath for added strength and a recessed handle molded into the design for easy grab-and-go portability. A debossed Rogue logo is featured at the top of the board, and 10 debossed horizontal lines run up the entire surface for added grip.

Slant Boards (often synonymous with squat wedges) have been increasingly adopted into major weight training programs in recent years as a means of isolating and strengthening the muscles that support the knee, improving ankle mobility, and reducing common injury risks. Along with squats, these boards can be used during pre and post-workout stretches (the calves and achilles can particularly benefit from inclined stretches) and for rehab training, helping to increase an athlete’s overall balance and stability. By changing the angle of the foot during certain movements, the slant board can precisely change which muscles are targeted during that movement, making it a simple but highly dynamic accessory that can benefit athletes of most sizes and ability levels.
