In stock small parcel items ship the same business day if ordered before 12:00 AEST. Freight orders will ship within 5-7 business days. Some items are available to order with a longer listed lead time. You can refer to your confirmation email to view the lead time for your order. Orders are shipping within the provided lead time, and your order may not show as processed until the item is ready to ship.

Once the order is available for pickup you will receive an email with instructions to schedule the pickup appointment.
