RETURNS / EXCHANGE POLICIES


Rogue's Return Policy

You may return or exchange an unused item in new condition within 30 days of delivery.

All items must include original packaging.

Items that are used or damaged may be denied a refund or exchange.

Customers will be responsible for return shipping only (An exchanged item shipping via freight will be subject to a return shipping cost).

All customers outside of Australia will be responsible for shipping both ways.


How To Return an Item

Please use the Online Returns/Exchange Form to generate and print your return authorization.

Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs, including customs fees where applicable.

We advise that you keep and monitor the tracking information for your return shipment. 

Rogue does not accept responsibility for return shipments that get lost in transit on the way to our warehouse. 


Return Exceptions

All Final Sale items cannot be returned. Other non-returnable purchases include closeout items, face coverings or gift cards.

All shoes returned without a shoe box or with the shipping label affixed to the shoe box will be subject to a $10 fee.

Items returned incomplete or without the original packaging may be denied a refund or exchange. (Apparel in new condition can be returned outside of the sealed bag)


Exchanges

Exchanged orders will ship once all items are available. In case the selected item should be out of stock, we will make a reservation so it ships as soon as it is restocked.Please allow 7-10 business days for US-stocked small products to ship.Oversize items and items shipping freight will be subject to a return shipping cost.


Return Process Exceptions

Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your return or exchange to be processed.

In most cases your refund will automatically go back to the original form of payment used for the purchase.

Original shipping charges incurred on your purchase aren’t refundable as part of your return or exchange.

ROGUE'S CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel an order at any time prior to the order entering the “Processing” stage.

Once it has entered Processing the order may not be cancelled.

You can track the process of your order in the “Order History” tab of your account page and through the Rogue Shipping System.

The entire order must be cancelled, you can not cancel specific items.

If you still want certain items in the cancelled order, you'll have to purchase the items again in a new order.

If your order is eligible to be cancelled Rogue will send you an email confirmation of the cancellation. You may also confirm that your order has been cancelled in the “Order History” tab of your account page.

If you are unable to cancel an order because it has moved past the “Processing” stage you may return it following the steps listed above in our Return Policy.
