Innovative Pulley Configuration: The patent pending pulley configuration achieves a 2:1 ratio for the functional trainer and 1:1 for the lat pulldown and low row; using a single weight source–available as a weight stack or a plate-loaded trolley. The weight stack option is available in 250LB and 300LB variants; with the 250LB variant providing 5” more cable travel when using both front trolley handles simultaneously and 5” of cable travel on the lat pulldown/low row.. This configuration also allows the user to seamlessly move between the lat pulldown; low row; and trolleys without ever needing to reconfigure or attach/detach a carabiner. This design eliminates the need to purchase two 300LB weight stacks or plate load carriages instead of one. Not only does this reduce the initial investment cost; this also only requires one weight adjustment during use. This single weight source design also ensures even loading; eliminating any possibility of side-to-side imbalances.
