Rogue Echo Rower Firmware Update

A new, over-the-air (OTA) firmware update has been released for the Rogue Echo Rower.

Firmware 1.0.36 contains the following updates:

1. Changes to enhance stability
2. Correct error scenario following an OTA update failure
3. Correct error that required user to set date and time after reboot
4. Resolve rounding error associated with Strokes per Minute calculation
5. Addition of FRENCH and SPANISH language support

Steps to update the firmware:

1. Turn on rower monitor by pressing and holding the “Home” button or by pulling on the rower handle
2. On the rower monitor select “Connect”
3. On “Rogue App” select “More” in the bottom right hand corner
4. Select “Rogue Device Manager” then “Scan for Devices”
5. Select your rower
Note: If you have more than one rower ensure the Console IDs match
6. If a firmware update is needed you will see “Update” in the lower right corner
7. Select “Update” to begin
Note: This will take several minutes to complete; percent completed is displayed on the app
8. Once the update is complete the monitor will reboot
Note: Depending on the update you may see additional messages on the monitor while the update completes
9. After reboot completes “Rogue Device Manager” will now displace the current firmware version and the “Update” option will no longer be displayed
10. The firmware version can be checked on the monitor by selecting “More Options” -> “Information” -> “Product ID”
