Customers can choose to order (a) the Tricep / Lat Pulley Set, (b) the companion Low Pulley addition*, or (c) both sets as a complete package. All attachments are easy to set up and takedown, saving athletes on both gym space and the time transitioning from one workout to the next.
*Please Note: The Super Econo Low Pulley System is NOT a standalone unit. It works in conjunction with the Super Econo Tricep / Lat System.

Super Econo Triceps & Lat Pulley
This newly upgraded system is compatible with 6’-7’ tall power racks, and can also be attached to any securely mounted pull-up bar or crossmember. An included 18” loading strap pin will hold up to ten 45LB plates, and the user can add other free weights, chains, or bands for customized resistance on their lat pulldowns, tricep pushdowns, and other exercises. Includes a 75" nylon cable, a short triceps/ab strap, and a 2.75" swivel-eye nylon pulley with a metal casing and “S” branding.
Super Econo Low Pulley
Designed exclusively to be used in conjunction with the Super Econo Tricep / Lat Pulleys. Adding the low pulley set opens up an entirely new range of exercises with the system, including seated rows, leg curls, leg extensions, biceps curls, and more. Includes a 2.75" swivel-eye nylon pulley, a 75" nylon cable, a deluxe hamstringer, and a single 22” stump strap (endless loop).
