Rogue RR Training Plates are made from recycled crumb rubber and feature brightly colored fleck that corresponds to the plate’s weight, making them easily identifiable in a crowded gym space. The weight measurement and the Rogue logo are also embossed on both sides of each plate.

The RR Plates are available as a pair or in a variety of expanded sets from 90 KG up to 150 KG.
RR Plate Sizes
- 5KG - White Fleck - 31mm
- 10KG - Green Fleck - 50mm
- 15KG - Yellow Fleck - 65mm
- 20KG - Blue Fleck - 80mm
- 25KG - Red Fleck - 98mm
The plate width tolerance on the RR’s is +/- 2mm, and the standard durometer is 75, ensuring a consistent, minimal bounce.
Please Note: As with most crumb rubber plates, this manufacturing process can sometimes create minor aesthetic imperfections, but quality plates should be all about performance, not winning beauty pageants.

5kg plates too big
As mentioned by several other reviewers, the 5kg plates are too big in diameter (alhtough still within the specified +2mm fault tolerance). Just note that this fault tolerance is VERY BIG! If you use the 5k plates with other plates, the other plates will not fully contact the ground, and whenever you drop the bar the 5kg plates bear the brunt of the force first. Not very good quality control.

Worth the money
These plates are really good if you're building a home gym. The bounce on these are really good and highly doubt it would hurt your floor depending on the weight. Shipping was same day and I would recommend if your using the 5kg plates to pair it with a heavier bumper plate as the plate is thin.

Great but diameter is too large for 5kg plates!
Good quality product, but unfortunately the diameter is considerably larger than that of my other (non Rogue) 20/10kg bumpers. I measured the diameter at 456mm so just be a little bit wary of this if you are pairing them with different plates.

Good looking
With Matte black November I’ve taken the chance to get a set of plates. For me it was the 90 Kg set to which I’ve added a couple of sets of 5 Kg plates.
On the whole, I’m very happy with them.The colours look great and they are pretty quiet when dropped. .
Of course there are always things to improve:
- Straight out of the box they are a little greasy/smelly, but I’m sure that will pass
- I would like the 5 Kg plates to be slightly smaller, i.e. 445mm instead of 450mm. They are a little flimsy, so would rather they didn’t touch the ground when next to larger plates.
- The 20 Kg blue fleck could be a little lighter. Dark blue on black means it’s hard to see they are coloured.

Amazing plates
Got a couple pairs of these bumpers and they are absolutely amazing. Very strong and not loud when dropped. Highly rate these bumpers for anyone getting into lifting.
