The Standard training program focuses on improving your capacity on the rower through a combination of sessions focusing on technique and building endurance. You'll progressively get used to spending longer periods on the rower while honing your stroke efficiency and mastering pacing strategies for the Challenge.

The training schedule varies throughout the program, with 3 to 7 sessions per week. Mid-week sessions range from 30 to 90 minutes, while weekend sessions push your limits with workouts lasting 90 to 180 minutes, building the endurance needed for "The Standard."
