I was debating between this and the wall mounted version for my garage gym and I am extremely certain I made the right choice. It was honestly easy to set up (make sure you have 15/16 wrench or ratchet) and only needed another person to help stabilize while connecting the top crossbars. It’s such an incredible quality and the perfect size for a garage.

It took me a few years of going back and forth on what cage I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. However, I am glad I waited and spent a little more to get the right thing and the safe thing. This cage is very well built, sturdy, and safe all around. I wanted to get a few workouts in before reviewing and I am glad I did. The Pin pipe safeties are a life saver when it comes to working out alone, I hit muscle failure one an exercise and was able to safely lower the weight onto the safeties and reset. However, the pin pipe safeties do have a down side when it comes to changing workouts and trying to figure out if they are at the proper height and making sure the holes line up - not to worry though I will be eventually upgrading the the monster lite straps to make it easier. Overall I am extremely satisfied with this cage, my only recommendation would be making the instructions more clear. I have seen in other reviews that the instructions were easy to follow. I purchased this cage as the complete set and not as a conversion, and there were no instructions on how to properly put together the cage. The only instructions were for putting together the squat stands. I had to look online at the pictures to see how it went together, but that took a while also because I did not see that the triangle plates had to be moved inward - lost time building as I had to redo this part. Other than the instructions being off, building this cage was seem-less, but I would recommend having a second person help if you are not confident in your abilities. Great product!

This thing is solid. I trust it will serve me and my family for years to come. Assembly was pretty straight forward. It’s a lot easier with an extra set of hands. I'm happy with my purchase and look forward to building it out in the future.

This rack is so well made. Solid. It doesn't need floor fastening and my clients can perform in in and climb all over it. Push, pull, stretch, lean. Easy to put together (just me and my wife and she is small) Solid 15/16 bolts and all drill holes line up perfectly. Only took 2+ hours to assemble fully and our clinic/gym is located on the second floor.

This was perfect rack--couldn't be better. The Flat foot makes it stable without bolts into floor. Perfect size for a mostly empty bedroom.

This is a really high-quality bench/squat rack, with heavy duty pieces and hardware. It is very sturdy when assembled, and I picked this specific RML-390F because it does NOT require being bolted into the floor. Took about 2 hours to assemble, but that included unpacking the different pieces/hardware. It ships in different pieces but packaging was great and everything was in good shape. Highly recommend this RML-390F

This rack (RML-390F Flat Foot Monster Lite Rack) is rock solid! It went together perfectly and I'm absolutely amazed at the stability given the configuration and the fact that it's a free standing frame! It gives me more room than my last rack and honestly is just beautiful to look at. Every week I can't wait to use it. I find myself more excited about workouts and really look forward to leg day even more! Thanks Rogue! This is an incredible piece of equipment and worth every penny! I have zero complaints.
