We set out to completely redesign our Monster Rack Attachments to better take advantage of the significant manufacturing skills and capabilities we’ve developed over the past 12 years. Parts that were formerly purchased off of the shelf would be replaced with new parts, all purpose-machined for specific function and appearance. These new parts would be precision welded using state-of-the-art robots for increased strength and aesthetic refinement.
New attachments would also be invented, adding functionality previously unavailable as part of a power rack. Standard components would be completely reimagined allowing for better function and safety. No detail of the design was too small to get attention. Thousands of hours were spent ensuring that all of our extensive in-house manufacturing resources were being put to their best use, evaluating every need and creating the optimum athletic experience.

FEATURE ATTACHMENT
MONSTER LT-50 CAL™ TROLLEY™
The drop-in version of the Rogue Monster Rhino Belt Squat (patent pending) is designed exclusively for use with our Monster Series Power Racks and Fortis Racks and offers athletes the ability to get many of the lower body training benefits of squats and other workouts without putting unnecessary stress on the shoulders or lower back.
MANUFACTURING MONSTER RACK ATTACHMENTS
Our new line of Monster Rack Attachments was completely redesigned from the group up, taking advantage of our expanded manufacturing capabilities in order to offer improved functionality, appearance, and quality.
The attachments include optimized, CNC-machined features not available with standard, purchased parts. Precision robot welding is used for increased strength and accuracy. Parts are finished in one of three ways: through our state-of-the-art poweder coat line; coated with Cerakote; or black zinc plated.

CNC Parts
Rather than purchasing parts off the shelf and adapting them to our needs, Rogue decided to use our own CNC manufacturing abilities to make parts that are custom designed to serve a specific purpose. This allowed us to blend form and function for a modern appearance with unique functionality. Our custom shaft collars now have increased surface where they contact the rack for improved stability, and machined acetal washers ensure that contacted paint is better protected. Other attachments like our patent-pending Knurled Knob (with a permanently attached washer) allow form a firm, lock-in connection while making it easier to move/adjust various attachments without the need of tools.
Robot Welding
Robotic welding results in the highest quality, strongest, and most uniform welds available. This is made possible by the robot’s accuracy, consistency and efficiency. When used with our in-house manufactured fixtures, quality and precision that were previously unattainable in fitness equipment become not only possible, but routine.
Because of the increased speed of the robots, temperature change of the steel and the resultant weld warp are minimized. Accuracy of weld placement within 1 thousandth of an inch means that every joint is welded correctly with consistent weld penetration. These increases in quality lead to more parts that are right the first time. This, in turn, results in lower production costs and, ultimately, lower costs for our customers.
Powder Coat
Rogue’s in-house, overhead conveyor powder-coating line is highly advanced and offers multiple advantages over older systems. First, by using multiple paint booths, parts can be continuously run with minimal downtime for color changes. Robotic paint booths are used for more consistent coverage, and all parts are prepped using an automated system ensuring outstanding paint adhesion. As a final step, parts pass through a cooling tunnel that allows them to be taken directly from the line and immediately boxed, which avoids damage that can occur with additional, unnecessary handling
