Product Description
The Monster version of our space-efficient Single Bar Holder includes 1-inch bolts and fasteners, with mounting plate holes 6” on center. Attached to any Monster Series rig, rack, or squat stand, the Bar Holder's 7-inch steel storage tube will work with most standard Olympic barbells, stabilizing the bar upright and protecting its knurling from unnecessary wear and tear.
**WARNING: The Rogue Single Bar Holder should NEVER be mounted below a pull-up bar, and ALWAYS on the exterior of a Rack/Rig/Squat Stand. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in severe injury.

Monster Single Bar Holder
The Monster version of our space-efficient Single Bar Holder includes 1-inch bolts and fasteners, with mounting plate holes 6” on center. Attached to any Monster Series rig, rack, or squat stand, the Bar Holder's 7-inch steel storage tube will work with most standard Olympic barbells, stabilizing the bar upright and protecting its knurling from unnecessary wear and tear.
The mounting plate on this barbell storage system is uniquely designed to give you a horizontal mount (for squat stands). IThe Single Bar Holder should be mounted only on the exterior of the unit, and never directly under the area reserved for pull-up bar use.
Important: This barbell holder is compatible only with Rogue Monster Series Rigs, Racks & Stands. For our Infinity and Monster Lite version, see the standard Rogue Single Bar Holder.
