BLACKROLL® Twin Foam Roller

The Twin Foam Roller from Blackroll is made in Germany from 100% recyclable materials, free of propellant gasses and other chemical propellants. The medium-density design, with a cut-out center portion, offers the best combined qualities of a standard foam roller + grooved roller + lacrosse balls, making it particularly specialized for the targeted treatment of the spine, calves, and parallel muscle fibers. 

A twisting weave pattern is incorporated into the Twin Foam Roller’s midsection to further stimulate the skin and muscle tissue and increase blood flow, especially when applied to the leg and arm muscle groups.

Each twin Foam Roller measures 30cm x 13cm and weighs less than a quarter-pound, making it easy to drop into any gym bag.
